home made kontakt library

Postby midibass on Mon May 24, 2010 9:01 am

hi all
i am new to this forum and may be i have missed something :
can we use our homemade .nki ,the topics are only about the original kontakt library
( i bought kontakt 3 and 4 , but i don't want to use and install the library , i only made contemporary and experimental home made things )

i am very interesting by this product ! my job is to play my midi accoustic double bass . ( ableton 8 and axon )

thanks

Yes, you can use the Gtak script in your own homemade nki's - the procedure is described in chapter 9 of the Gtak4 manual.

The only problem might come if your instruments have other scripts as they may interfere with Gtak (it is very easy for KSP scripts to break each other!).

I saw you bought Gtak - let me know if you have any problems getting it working with your instruments!

Hi - did you follow the steps in chapter 9 of the Gtak4 manual? Which step did not work?
